Services at the Hive
Swallow Café
SWALLOW charity, supporting teenagers and adults with learning disabilities, operates the Hive cafe, it is a training cafe for people to learn skills in catering and employment.
During busy periods, the cafe team ask for customers understanding and patience. The Hive Café is open Monday to Thursday 8.45am-3.40pm.

Book Swap and Children’s Book Swap
With lots of titles to choose from, the Book Swap and children’s Book Swap are located in the Main Area next to the cafe. The perfect chance to pick up a book for just 50p a time, take it away, enjoy it, and the idea is you bring it back to the Hive and then borrow another one!
You can pay at Reception. Book donations are always very welcome.
Community fridge
Our community fridge is for everyone and anyone to use!
Collections happen throughout the week from Tesco, Sainsburys, Lidl’s and Marks and Spencers, as well as Nando’s occasionally as well.
The fridge and shelves are located just inside the main cafe area.
Come and help yourself to some free food, and help us to save it from being sent to landfill!
There is a small donation pot, but please do not feel you have to donate at all, there is no obligation to do so!
PSJ Community Library
Library Opening Times Monday 11.00 - 15.00, Wednesday 14.00 - 16.00 and Saturday 10.00 - 13.00
The Library has over 700 books to browse including a colourful selection of children’s books. Your B&NES library books can be collected and returned here and there is an A4 printing, photocopying and scanning service.

Jigsaws For Sale
We have a range of jigsaws for sale for just £2 per puzzle.
Come in, grab a puzzle and pay for it at reception.
We are always looking for jigsaw donations too. Please drop them into reception.
The Hive Youth Club
The Youth Club runs twice a week, please make sure you have completed a registration form in order to attend.
WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS DURING TERM TIME(4.00pm - 5.30pm) 11-18 year olds
