Main Area
The Main Hall is a central space with access to all other areas of the building. It has two small meeting rooms to the side and access to a full catering kitchen and the Sports Hall. Ideal for children’s parties and receptions.
Sports Hall
The Sports Hall accommodates a full size badminton court and has basketball hoops. This room is ideal for indoor sporting activities, dance, exercise classes, and can be used in conjunction with the Main Hall for children’s parties
Acacia Room
The Acacia Room is suited to meetings of up to 30 people theatre style or up to 20 boardroom style. The Acacia Room can be used for meetings, small children’s parties, small exercise/dance classes.
Outside Sports Court.
The Multi Use Games Area at the rear of The Hive is floodlit and can be used for a wide range of sports, including 5-a-side football, men’s walking football, basketball, netball, court sports and training.
Art Room
The Art Room is a unique facility in Peasedown St John. Refurbished in the last five years it has large work tops, plenty of cupboards and two Belfast type sinks. Ideal for any kind of arts and crafts groups, if you want to make a mess- this is the room for you!
Lavender Room
A small informal meeting room equipped with soft seating, this room can accommodate up to 10 people. The Lavender Room is accessed from the Main Hall and is available for private hire during weekdays, weekends and evenings.
Clover Room
A small formal meeting room for up to ten people boardroom style, with presentation equipment available. The Clover Room is accessed from the Main Hall and is available for hire during weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted with stainless steel units and cupboards and can be used to cater for up to 80 meals. It can be hired on its own for cookery courses or with other areas for catering for a private function.
Heather Room
The Heather Room is located at the back of the building. It has a large conference table and a TV perfect for smaller meetings. It is a versatile room, the table can be moved for more floor space, perfect for baby groups etc.
It has it’s own kitchenette and toilet with disabled facilities.
