Main Area

The Hive is home to SWALLOW Cafe who are located in the main area.

On the mezzanine level is a play area for young children.

The Book Swap is located in the main area. Borrow a book for just 50p a time, and the idea is you bring it back when you are done and simply borrow another one you like the look of.

We want to encourage activities for older people, parents and carers, wellbeing groups, families and young people. So watch this space and we will update you on developments as they happen.

Please contact us for hire rates as these will vary according to whether any further rooms, such as the Sports Hall, are hired along with the Main Area. This area can only be hired at the weekends and when there are no other activities at The Hive.
